How to Setup Direct Deposit for Your Student Refund
To receive your next student refund as a direct deposit you will need to follow the instructions below. You can have your refund directly deposited into any personal checking or savings account.
The Wrangler Portal can be accessed by logging into Sign In - Odessa College - Self Service

Scan or Click QR Code to Set Up Refund Account |
- Click on Financial Information
- Click on Payment Center
- Click the Student Login
- OC ID = OC Student ID Numbers only
- PIN = Last four digits of SSN (If no SSN use the last four digits of your OC Student ID Number)
TouchNet Portal can be accessed HERE:
- Click on the Refunds tab at the top of the page
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (yellow tab)
- Click Set Up A New Account
- Complete all the fields with RED Asterisks *

- Refunds will be issued by paper check unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
- Students may choose to have their refund direct deposited into their personal checking or savings account. More information.
Refunds Due to Schedule Change, Drops, or Withdraws
In order to receive a refund you must initiate an official class drop prior to the
drop deadline.
Refund of tuition and fees will be calculated on varying scales, depending on the
course length. Refunds will be processed 7 to 10 business days after the final day
of the refund period.
Students will be charged a $25.00 schedule change, drop or withdraw fee after the first day of class.
Financial Aid Refunds
Financial Aid/ Loan Refunds will be processed on the 14th business day after school begins. More info.

Canceled Classes
If a class is cancelled by the college, all tuition and fees for that course will be refunded.
