She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Since earning her master’s degree, she has worked as a college mathematics professor, dedicated to helping students develop their mathematical knowledge and confidence.

Her academic and teaching accomplishments include receiving the Outstanding MAT Thesis Award and the Teaching Excellence Award in 2024. Beyond her professional interests, she enjoys reading both within and outside her field of expertise, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
