During her time at OC, the college has nearly doubled its enrollment, tripled its dual credit participation, and earned national recognition from the Aspen Institute and Achieving the Dream. With over 25 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, Kim is driven by a deep belief in equity, innovation, and community impact.

 

She holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University and a bachelor’s in Health Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.

 

Kim and her husband Garrett are proud parents to Gus, a college baseball player at the University of the Incarnate Word, and Georgia, a Red Raider who is currently a junior at Texas Tech.
