Odessa, TX – Join us for the Odessa College NIRA Wrangler Rodeo at the Ector County Coliseum Thursday through Friday, February 27-28 and Saturday, March 1.
Tickets are on sale now at the Ector County Coliseum - Box Office Solutions website or can be purchased at the Ector County Coliseum Box Office through Thursday, February 27 from 11:49 a.m. to 7 p.m. Ticket prices are $8 for individuals and ADA-Accessible, and $3 for children and Seniors (ages 55 and older).
Doors open at 6 p.m. each evening, and the rodeo starts at 7 p.m.
The Wrangler Rodeo is the first rodeo of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Southwest Region Spring schedule. The Southwest Region is made up of 18 schools from West Texas and New Mexico, and the public is invited to come out and support these outstanding college student-athletes.
Odessa College had a strong showing over the five rodeos this fall. The Wrangler Men sit in 5th in the team standings. In the Bull Riding, Trinity Bear sits in first and Hayden Welsh is in 4th. Peyton Hawtin sits in 5thin the Steer Wrestling.
This year, the Wrangler Rodeo will partner with The Cowboy Channel and Cowboy Channel+ to stream the entire rodeo. Live-Stream Link (Pay-Per-View).
Enjoy an evening of thrills and excitement for the whole family. Each night will include top competitions in Saddle Bronc, Bareback, and Bull Riding, in addition to Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping and Goat Tying.
