General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program (GM ASEP)
Drive your passion and make it a career with the GM ASEP program. ASEP has a paid internship allowing you to earn while you learn. Students alternate for approximately eight weeks in the classroom andapproximately eight weeks with their sponsoring GM dealer over a two year period. At the end of the two years, they earn an Associate’s Degree and valuable in dealer experience. Students will alternate between learning in the classroom and gaining hands-on experience at a local GM dealership or ACDelco Professional Service Center over a 24-month period.
A truly UNIQUE experience! Students will have the opportunity to engage in a co-operative learning experience at Odessa College and at a GM dealership over the course of their training. These mentorship opportunities from industry professionals will provide hands-on experience with the latest in industry technology and expertise. Students will take the knowledge they learn in the classroom and perfect it at a GM dealer.
You can receive GM ASEP Training and an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology at Odessa College for an estimated cost of $10,000 (This pricing estimate includes tuition, fees, and supplies).

The GM ASEP Program concludes with a 2-year transferable College Degree NOT a "certificate."
