In accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 3002, Odessa College has designated all multi-occupancy restrooms and locker rooms for use based on biological sex. Single-occupancy and family restrooms are available throughout campus for anyone’s use.
A new state law now requires all public colleges in Texas to designate multi-occupancy restrooms and locker rooms for use based on biological sex. To support all students, employees and visitors, single-occupancy and family restrooms are available across campus, and anyone may use these private spaces for any reason.
