In 2019, Odessa College made a commitment to tackle food insecurity on campus by opening the Wrangler Food Pantry. Since then, the pantry has successfully supported thousands of students and their families. But we know we can do even more!
In 2024, Odessa College introduced Wrangler Bucks – campus dining dollars that offer students a convenient way to access meals. Wrangler Bucks function as a digital, declining balance, enabling students to enjoy prepared or pre-packaged meals at any of the college's food service venues.
WHAT ARE WRANGLER BUCKS?
Wrangler Bucks are here to help make college a little easier by providing approximately one meal each day during the fall and spring semesters. To help support as many students as possible, college-funded Wrangler Bucks are limited to $15 per day and are intended for your personal food and beverage purchases only. Misuse of the program may result in the loss of Wrangler Bucks privileges.
- Download the TouchNet 360u App for your digital Wrangler ID Card
- Click HERE to set your digital OC ID Password for the Touchnet 360u App
- The account number is your OC ID with the leading zeros (Ex: 0123456) – Click Reset Password
- Enter your Date of Birth and create your password (Ex: OCoc!!xxxx!!) – Click Reset Password
- To add a photo, visit the Wrangler Express Center once the app is downloaded and registration is complete. You also may upload a photo via the app for approval. Please make sure you follow the ID Photo Guidelines to ensure that your ID photo is approved.
- Your digital ID includes access to Wrangler Bucks – a declining balance feature that allows you to make additional deposits and access personal funds directly from your phone at campus dining venues.
- Any student who has difficulty affording groceries or accessing sufficient food to eat every day, and believes this may affect their performance in college, is urged to contact the Wrangler Food Pantry.

- Each full-time, traditional student, regardless of residency, will receive $100 in Wrangler Bucks each semester. (Dual credit and continuing education students are not eligible to receive Wrangler Bucks.)
- Fundsare deposited into the student’s TouchNet360U digital ID Wrangler Buck account. (Download the Touch360 app and create your digital Student ID).
- Wrangler Bucks are deposited at the beginning of each fall and spring semester.
- Students can use Wrangler Bucks at any campus dining facility:
- Saulsbury Campus Center cafeteria
- Wood Building of Math and Science Pizzeria
- Coffee Shop in the LRC
- Wrangler Kitchen in the ET Building
- Wrangler Market and Outfitters
- Any remaining Wrangler Bucks will be returned to the college at the end of each long semester. Wrangler Bucks deposited by the college have no cash value.

Wrangler Bucks is similar to a debit card. You have a balance that you can spend until you have no remaining funds. Wrangler Bucks can be used at any food service location on campus. You spend what you spend.
The Wrangler Meal Plan works like a lunch/punch card. You can purchase a certain amount of meals to use when you are on campus. The Wrangler Meal Plan can only be used in the Saulsbury Campus Center cafeteria

We don’t have sick meals, but all of the campus dining facilities provide to-go or pre-packaged meals. To-go and pre-packaged meals are ideal for students who are not feeling well.
